Juan Elani Tulas is a self-taught artist from Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. With no art training, Juan Elani developed a medium using diluted Styrofoam. He collects discarded polystyrene, popularly known as Styrofoam, dilute and use it as his medium in his paintings. 

Nature, motion, camouflage, underwater scenes, aerial landscapes, floral and microscopic images are the main factors that are integrated into his art. These factors mixed with recycled Styrofoam are intertwined and interweaved within and upon each other to form a unique kind of artwork.

He is active in the Philippine art scene.

Juan Elani Tulas is married to Nemalyn and graced with a son named One Bigwell.
